Price was great compared to most of the other quotes I got, done some research on the window profile they use "Rehau" which is highly regarded amongst installers and the fact this company does them at such a cost and with a full hardwood surround was even better, no deposit and nothing paid until I was 100% happy (which i was) and a fitting less than two weeks after signing up.
Guys were great, Martin came out to quote on the same day, spent 15 minutes explaining styles, glass types etc. left me a brochure and quote form, shook my hand and wished me all the best even if i did not choose his company, NO HARD SALE! The young guy in the office (John, I think) is one of the most polite and helpful young guys i have met. the installers worked almost non stop all day and done an amazing job, left No mess, couldnt even tell thy had been there aside from the new windows.
Had one or two issues with seal work (though it was raining heavily during installation) and window settlement after a week or two but was resolved by the company within 2 days with no problems since.
