About First Floors in Glasgow
Located in the heart of Glasgow’s Southside, First Floors has been supplying and fitting carpet, rugs and runners, laminate, luxury vinyl (LVT) and solid and engineered hardwood flooring for homes in Glasgow & beyond for over 24 years. With our new expanded carpet showroom located over 4,500 sq ft we have created a fabulous collection of flooring from the UK’s best brands to help make your home or business the very best it can be. First Floors is an independent, family-run retailer with customer service at the heart of everything we do.
As a family-run business we understand the difficulty in choosing flooring with children in tow, that’s why we have a dedicated children’s play area and coffee bar, and offer a FREE home consultation service whereby we will bring samples to your home, offer advice and measure up with no obligation and no hard-sell.
We are a member of the local Giffnock Business Improvement District initiative to encourage people in Glasgow to ‘shop local’. We also donate a percentage of every sale to two charities that we owe personal thanks to here at the First Floors flooring showroom. The first charity we have chosen to support is the Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Care the second is the National Autistic Society.
