- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is a terrible company. An item I ordered was recalled for safety reasons, and I will give them credit for informing me. Eventually I was sent a return envelope that had to be taken to a My Hermes collection point. The nearest one is a 40 mile return trip, and I do not drive. I asked for an alternative means of return with three emails and one letter. None has received a reply.By bobmillidine, July 07, 2020
