Biggars music store in Suchi hall Street Glasgow are certainly worth a visit. I recently purchased a Tyros 5 keyboard and not only are the staff extremely helpful, but if that wasn’t enough they delivered this item to me in fife. Being a visually impaired keyboard song writer musician, I was looking for something that would be suited to my needs, and without bad mouthing other music stores, I found that some of these were unable to demonstrate this keyboard to a satisfactory level, whereas Martin not only gave a great demo, but explained the basic operation in simple terms enabling me to find the function keys. While it is fair to say that such a large keyboard will take some time to be able to operate to its full capacity, I was impressed with the service from this particular music outlet, and would highly recommend the service I received I would give this store 11 out of 10 for reliability, knowledge of the equipment they sell not forgetting a friendly service. On the downside not sure about the accessibility of the actual website for persons using screen reading softwear this could be improved a great deal Mr Jay Jackson
