My advise would be do not use! Ordered Pram from here was advised of a date a week after that date no word from shop we phoned to be told would be another week. That week baby arrived 5 weeks early. Called shop to advise would need at least a carseat in next few days to get home after hours get a call back to advise whole order will be in by Thursday and we can collect. Phone all day Thursday no answer just an automated answering machine. family go to the shop, its closed Thursdays and does not open until Friday at 11am, start calling Friday at 11am as due to get home no response, family go to.shop its closed they are running late. Finally arrive to be told it will be a least the afternoon before pram is in. Absolute nightmare due to extremely poor customer service. Answer machine message does not even advise that the store is closed. I know loads of people that use this store and I am sure they are great as long as there are no issues and its between the hours of 11am - 4pm and its not a Sunday or Thursday.
